check and inspect the parts or components provided for assembly with respect to physical dimensions or variation
PC2. check the documentation of all parts and components and their identification with respect to documents

PC3. match the parts and number them in sequence of assembly as per drawings of the assemblies
PC4. select proper tools, jigs and fixtures as required for the assembly operation

PC5. check the dimensions and mating surface for tolerances and fits specified in the drawings
PC6. perform minor drilling operations as required for assembly of the components
PC7. perform reaming operations for achieving the required fit for assembly
PC8. perform riveting operation as specified in the assembly drawings provided
PC9. perform dry assembly operations to check fitment of parts
