Brief Job Description: The job role is responsible for reading and interpreting drawings,
calculating quantity of materials required for painting works, arranging and allocating
resources, inspecting and ensuring quality of painting and decorating work, executed as
per plans, specifications and working drawings. The individual should possess sound
technical knowledge, should be able to monitor and maintain safe and quality working
practices.
Personal Attributes: This job role requires the individual to be physically and mentally
strong enough to oversee the painting and decorating work at a construction site. The
individual should be having strong organizational, interpersonal and communication
skills, along with comprehensive technical knowledge of painting and decorating
operations and ability to supervise construction crew.
