Brief Job Description: This job role is responsible for ensuring that preparatory work,
allocation and management of resources & execution of wet finishing and flooring works
are as per specifications, standards and working drawings. The job holder plans, arranges
and manages resources and work efficiently in a team ensuring safe practices are adhered
to by the team members.

Personal Attributes: The individual is expected to be physically and mentally fit to
oversee the wet finishing and flooring works at a construction site. The person should be
having strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills along with
comprehensive technical knowledge of wet finishing and flooring works and ability to
monitor and supervise construction crew.
